Prairie Day fun

The traditional ride around on the tractors, it's amazing what a quarter will get you these days.

Suann's birthday

Richard made me a German pancake for my birthday breakfast. Then we went up to Greenbluff to pick strawberries. Our fingers were red from strawberry juice!!

I got a pair of Keen sandals for my birthday! Plus some other clothes from REI.

And we enjoyed angel food cake with our fresh picked strawberries! It was a great day!

Last of San Diego

On the third day we went to the San Diego Wild Animal Park (this is just another zoo). We actually went back to Sea World on the last day for about four hours before we headed to the airport. We saw a LOT of animals in San Diego! The kids had a great time and would love to tell anyone willing to listen all about their adventures!

Even more San Diego

The second day we went to the San Diego Zoo.

The kids actually rode on this skyride up to the polar bear exhibit and all the way back.

More San Diego

Of course we had to watch all the shows at Sea World: dolphins, Shamu, sea lions, Cirque de la Mar, etc.

They even had a little tide pool so the kids could touch a star fish.

Cade even got to feed some little fish to the sea lions.

San Diego

On our first family vacation via airplane we went to sunny San Diego! The kids loved the airplane, even Ragan's baby. Cade was entertained with his leapster the whole time.

Our first stop was Sea World. They have a new area called Sesame Street's Bay of Play. There are several rides, a water park, and other activities for the kids.
